 At Tea House Hanoi, we accept payment via bank transfer. You can find the QR code for our bank details on the left corner of our website. When transferring, please add your phone number and order number as a reference. We will process your order after your payment has been received and confirmed.

 

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 7 days of your order. To initiate a refund, please contact us through our Facebook page or by email at teahousehanoi@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will respond to your request within 2 business days and initiate the refund process.
