Shipping and Delivery

Tea House Hanoi offers free shipping for orders over 1,000,000 VND within Hanoi. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied based on the delivery location and weight of the order. We currently only ship within Vietnam.

Orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving payment and will be shipped via our trusted delivery partners. We will notify you of any delays or issues that may arise.

If you place an order through Sạp Chàng Sen, your order will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped directly from their location.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and current shipping conditions. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track the status of your delivery.
